Chapter 1. Your own startup — for beginners

Training
Free
Your own startup in this chapter is one product for one person and one payment. It can be a service, a store, a platform, your own network or a training program. After that, each offer vertical has its own small startup: not a network of everything, but one clear thing people pay for. This chapter is not about a code editor and not about an income promise. The product is ready when a person understands what they get and can pay. A like does not replace that payment.

A service does one task and charges for it: a subscription or a one-time payment. You name the task in one sentence. For example: remind someone to pay an invoice, build marks for a link, book a client. A second task starts after someone has already paid for the first. You do not copy someone else's service whole and you do not enter it with someone else's key. Your service starts with your task and your payment.

A store as a startup is one shopfront for one type of goods. It has a card, a price and a way to receive the order. The longer build — dropshipping, a factory and marketplaces — lives in the E-commerce section. Here the boundary is enough: a store sells a thing, not “access to every product in the world”. The first order on that shopfront is the check. You do not open a second shopfront earlier.

An online platform brings two sides together. One offers something, the other takes it: goods, a service, a place or a request. The platform earns a fee or a listing charge when the deal happens. An empty feed of ads with no second side is not a platform yet. The start is one category and a few live listings a person can open. Other people's profiles and photos do not go up without permission.

Your own social network in this chapter is a place where people of one topic write to each other. It is not a copy of a large network. There is a topic name, a rule for what can be posted, and a way to enter with your own account. The network is alive when one person answers another, not when the founder posts ten times in a row. Other people's chats and photos are not moved over. An ad in the feed is marked as an ad.

A training program teaches one skill. It has a lesson, an exercise and a way to check that the person did it. The payment is for that course, not for an income promise after it. The first release is one lesson a person can finish. Someone else's course is not posted under your name. The lesson does not add a way around a platform's rules or someone else's keys.

The small startup for the E-commerce vertical is a store of one shelf. For example, only flasks, or only cases for one phone type. The card, the price and delivery exist before any ads. Dropshipping, a factory and a marketplace are covered in the E-commerce section. The first check is one paid order from that shelf.

Free
The small startup for banking is a page that retells the public terms of one card or one account in your own words and sends the person to that bank's own application. You do not invent the rate, the grace period or the fee. You do not open your own bank this way and you do not ask for a client's cabinet. The first check is an application the bank accepted under its own rules.

Training
Free
The small startup for microfinance is a calculator that, before the application, shows the sum, the term and the full extra cost from the public terms of a licensed company. The person sees what they will repay, not only “you are approved”. A company without a license does not go on this page. You do not promise to remove a hidden fee that is not in the terms.

Training
Free
The small startup for HR is a job board for one profession in one city. An employer posts a vacancy, a person applies. The fee is for the listing or for an application the employer accepted. Someone else's resume does not go up without that person's consent. A vacancy with no employer and no city is not a live one.

Training
Free
The small startup for crypto is a page with the public price of one coin and a short note of where the number came from. It is not an exchange and not a promise that the price will rise. A person pays for a clear summary or for an alert if the price crosses their line. You do not take other people's coins or wallet keys. This page does not guarantee income from the coin itself.

Training
Free
The small startup for education is a short course in one skill: one lesson, one exercise, one check. The payment is for taking it, not for a promise of a job or income after the course. Someone else's textbook is not published under your name. The first release is a lesson a person can finish in one sitting.

Training
Free
The small startup for Forex is a journal where a person writes their own pair, risk and result. The subscription is for the journal, not for a signal that “there will be profit”. The text says plainly that a past result does not guarantee the next trade. Someone else's account and someone else's terminal are not connected. Signals that promise income are not part of this product.

Training
Free
The small startup for Gambling is a page for one licensed operator in one country: age 18+, the license name and a link to that operator. You do not launch your own casino this way. You do not promise that a person's game will win. An operator without a license for that country does not go on the page. Someone else's player account is not used.

Training
Free
The small startup for Betting is a short note on one match and a link to a licensed bookmaker. The note says who is playing, not “this bet will land”. If there is a payment, it is for the notes, not for a guarantee of a win. A bookmaker without a license is not connected. Someone else's betting account is not used. The age is stated the way the platform requires.

Training
Free
The small startup for Binary Option is a page that explains the contract can be lost in full, and links to a licensed venue if one exists for that country. It is not a signal product and not a promise that the next contract will close in profit. Someone else's terminal and someone else's deposit are left alone. The phrase “guaranteed income” does not go in the text.

Training
Free
The small startup for SaaS is a program with one button that does one task. For example, it builds a mark for a link or reminds someone to pay an invoice. The subscription turns on when the task already works on one example. Someone else's code and someone else's service key are not built in as yours. A second button is not added before the first payment.

Training
Free
The small startup for mobile apps is one app for one task. For example, a shopping list that opens without a network. You put it in the official app store with your own developer account. Someone else's app is not reuploaded under your name. The payment is for the app itself or for one paid feature inside that already works.

Training
Free
The small startup for insurance is a comparison of one kind of policy from the public terms of two insurers. The person sees what is covered and what is not, and goes to the insurer's site. You do not rewrite the terms into nicer ones. You do not issue your own policy in the insurer's name. The first check is a visit after which the insurer accepted the application.

Training
Free
The small startup for telecom is a table of one plan type: how many gigabytes, how many minutes and the monthly price from the operator's public price list. The person chooses and goes to that operator to connect. A plan that is not on the price list is not added. Someone else's SIM and someone else's subscriber cabinet are not used.

Training
Free
The small startup for Travel is one route for one weekend in one city: where to stay, how to get there, what fits. The stay price comes from the person who rents the place and is marked as their price. Someone else's booking is not cancelled and not resold. The first check is a person who followed the route or paid for the stay through your link.

Training
Free
The small startup for auto is a booking for one service at one workshop: for example, an oil change with one partner. The person picks a time, the workshop confirms the slot. The payment is for the booking or for the service at the workshop's price. Someone else's car and someone else's work order are not opened. A service the workshop does not offer is not put on the booking.

Training
Free
The small startup for real estate is a rental selection for one district. A listing has an address or a landmark, a price and who is renting it out. The fee is for the owner's listing or for a viewing request. Other people's apartment photos do not go up without permission. A place that cannot be viewed does not go in the selection.

Training
Free
The small startup for health is a shopfront for one supplement. The card shows the contents as on the label, and it does not say the product treats a disease. The person buys a jar, not a promise of a result. Someone else's certificate and someone else's reviews are not attached. If the label has no contents, the card is not published.

Training
Free
The small startup for finance is a one-month spending plan: income, required payments and what is left. The person pays for the template or for a reminder. The plan does not promise that the money will grow. You do not ask for someone else's bills or bank access. The person writes their own numbers into the plan.

Training
Free
The small startup for utilities is a reminder to read the meter and a draft message to the person's own building company. The person pays for the reminder. They send the reading themselves, to their own cabinet or their own bill. You do not fill in someone else's account. You do not cut the bill amount on your own.

Training
Free
The small startup for subscriptions is one box a month: one type of thing, a clear price and a charge date. The person knows what arrives next month and can stop the subscription before that charge. Someone else's subscription is not moved to you. An empty box “for later” is not sold to the first clients.

Training
Free
The small startup for lead gen is a short form for one service. The person leaves their contact themselves and sees who will answer. The request goes to that service, not to a pile of random companies. A bought list of other people's addresses is not a form. You do not tick consent for the person.

Training
Free
The small startup for legal services is a booking for a consultation on one topic with one lawyer or office. The page says it is a booking, not a finished opinion. The payment is for the consultation time at the lawyer's price. Someone else's case and documents are not opened without that person. A promise of a court outcome does not go on the page.

Training
Free
The small startup for food is a menu for one kitchen: a few dishes, a price, a time and a delivery district. The order goes to that kitchen. The person pays for a dish that can be cooked today. Someone else's menu and dish photos do not go up without permission. A dish the kitchen does not have is not accepted as an order.

Training
Free
The small startup for fashion is one line: for example, only T-shirts of one cut. There is a size, a fabric, a photo of your sample and a price. Sewing or a batch comes after the sample, not instead of it. Someone else's print and cut are not sold as yours. A size you do not have does not stay on the card.

Training
Free
The small startup for beauty is a booking for one service with one specialist: for example, a haircut. There is a price, a duration and an open slot. The payment is for that service at the specialist's price. Other people's photos of work do not go up without consent. A service the specialist does not do is not added to the price list. A promise of “the result from someone else's photo” is not written.

Training
Free
The small startup for sports is a plan for one workout of one sport: a warm-up, the main part, how many repeats. The person marks what they did. The payment is for the plan, not for a promise of a record. Someone else's program is not sold under your name. A load the person cannot start with a simple step is not the first plan.

Training
Free
The small startup for media is a letter once a week on one topic. It has one story in your own words and a link to the source if a fact came from there. The subscription is for the next letter. Someone else's text is not pasted in whole. The topic is not changed to “everything” after the first issue.

Training
Free
The small startup for B2B is a catalog of suppliers in one industry. A card has the company name, what it supplies and how to leave a request. The fee is for the company listing or for a request the company accepted. A company does not go in the catalog without its consent. The industry at the start is one.

Training
Free
The small startup for game apps is one small game with one level a person can finish. You publish it with your own account. A paid part, if there is one, opens after the free level already plays. Someone else's game is not reuploaded. The game does not promise money for finishing it.

Training
Free
The small startup for dating is a community around one interest, where a person fills in their own profile and writes to another person themselves. If there is a payment, it is for access to the community, not for a promise of a match. Other people's photos and chats are not used. You do not create a profile for someone.
